Shipping & Returns

Delivery
All orders on Madameliz.com are handled with the utmost care. We will simply send you the order by post. If you order 1 item, we will send it in a letterbox bag/box via PostNL. Ideal, because you don't have to pick it up or stay at home. You can track your order via a track and trace code. If you order multiple items, we will send them per package via PostNL.

Delivery
The delivery time for NL and BE is 2 working days. If, for whatever reason, the shipment takes longer, we will send you an email or this will be mentioned with the product. Do you need your order tomorrow? Please call 06-15623420. We will do our best to arrange this for you.

Shipping costs
Within the Netherlands: € 4.95 euros. Order for more than € 70,-? Then shipping within NL is free.

Belgium & Germany: €6.95.

Return
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. However, you would help us a lot with your reason for returning. This way we get feedback about your wishes, but also the item itself. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount.

Return costs
Return costs are at your own expense.

Money back within 14 days
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Check the size chart for the correct size. This way you have the greatest chance of no hassle with returns or exchanges. Items can be returned or exchanged to the address below;
