Measure the length from your crotch, down your leg, to the ground
Step 2
Is this between 91 and 97 cm? Then I recommend your length size 36
Is this between 85 and 90 cm? Then I recommend your length size 34
Is this between 78 and 84 cm? Then I recommend your length size 32
Is this between 73 and 77 cm? Then I recommend your length size 30
