Delivery
All orders on Madameliz.com are handled with the utmost care. We send your order simply by post. If you order 1 item, we will send it in a letterbox bag/box via PostNL. Ideal, because you don't have to pick it up or stay home for it. You can track your order via a track and trace code. If you order multiple items, we will send them as a parcel via PostNL.

Delivery time
The delivery time for NL and BE is 2 working days. If shipping takes longer for any reason, we will send you an email or it will be stated with the product. Do you need your order tomorrow? Please call 06-15623420. We will do our best to arrange this for you.

Shipping costs
Within the Netherlands: Temporarily free [regardless of order value]

To Germany: € 6.95 euro

Belgium: € 6.95 euro

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. However, you would help us a lot with your reason for returning. This way we receive feedback about your wishes, but also about the item itself. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount.

Return costs
Return costs are for your own account.

Money back within 14 days
We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
