Delivery
All orders at Madameliz.com are handled with the utmost care. We'll ship your order by regular mail. If you order one item, we'll ship it in a letterbox-sized bag/box via PostNL. This is ideal because you don't have to pick it up or stay home for it. You can track your order with a track and trace code. If you order multiple items, we'll ship them per parcel via PostNL.

Delivery time
Delivery time for the Netherlands and Belgium is 2 business days. If shipping takes longer for any reason, we'll send you an email or it will be noted in the product description. Need your order tomorrow? Please call us at 06-15623420. We'll do our best to arrange it for you.

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. However, it would be very helpful if you could tell us why you're returning it. This way, we get feedback on your wishes and the item itself. After canceling, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund.

Return costs
Return costs are at your own expense.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
